Job Description

We’re Hiring: Backend Developer | Bangalore (Hybrid)

AI-based HR Tech company

🌟 What You’ll Do

Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable microservices serving millions of users.
Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve service performance.
Collaborate with Frontend, QA, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Own end-to-end development & maintenance of customer-facing solutions.
Contribute to innovation projects and new feature rollouts.
Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with flexible hours.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For

4–6 years
of backend development experience with
Node.js
.
Strong knowledge of
OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
.
Hands-on experience with
unit/integration testing, distributed architectures, and CI/CD
.
Proficiency in
PostgreSQL
and exposure to other data stores: Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS, InfluxDB/Prometheus, Hasura/Apollo, S3/Blob storage.
Working knowledge of
Kubernetes, Docker
, and microservices architecture.
Certifications in cloud/DevOps tools are a plus.
