Hurak is a leading EdTech course marketplace that provides online and classroom-based compliance training in the UK. We have been in the industry for more than 12 years, and we are expanding our business to become a global brand. For that, we are currently looking for a Senior Back End Developer.
Position Title: Senior Back End Developer
Timing: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Job Type: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs.
Optimise databases, server logic, and application performance.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
Implement best practices for security, testing, and code quality.
Lead and mentor junior developers on the team.
Stay updated on backend trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
Expertise in back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Laravel, or similar).
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
Proficiency with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with version control (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid understanding of application security and performance optimization.
