Our mission is to make quality healthcare affordable and accessible for every household in India, starting with Varanasi and expanding to over 10 cities.

Role Description

full-time on-site role

• Designing and developing server-side logic
• Ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end
• Managing the interchange of data between the server and users
• Integrating front-end elements with server-side logic
• Building scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems to support a growing healthcare ecosystem

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience

  as a Back-End Developer
• Strong expertise in

  Java

  and

  Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with

  MySQL

  (or other relational databases)
• Experience with

  AWS cloud services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Experience in designing and maintaining

  multi-module backend projects

• Solid understanding of

  RESTful APIs

  and

  microservices architecture

• Proficiency in

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  and software development principles
• Basic knowledge of

  Front-End Development

  (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a

  collaborative team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience in the

  healthcare technology industry

  is a plus
