Senior Python Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python-based applications and services.
• Build fast, reliable APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with ML/DS teams to integrate models and data pipelines into production.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and design decisions.
• Work with async programming models to handle high-throughput workflows.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and root-cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience

  writing Python code in production environments.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python

  , including core libraries/frameworks such as:
• Pandas
• NumPy
• AsyncIO
• FastAPI (or similar frameworks like Flask/Django)
• Proven coding excellence with strong rankings or participation on:
• LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.
• Deep understanding of:

• Data structures & algorithms

• Problem-solving at scale

• Performance tuning

Architectural & Engineering Skills

• Experience with

  system design
