BA InsureMO P&C

As a Business Analyst for the InsureMO Platform, you will play a crucial role in supporting digital transformation initiatives within the insurance domain. With 6 to 10 years of experience, you will utilize your strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various insurance lines. While experience in the Property and Casualty insurance domain is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing and configuring insurance workflows, APIs, and microservices using the InsureMO platform. You will be translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories, conducting gap analysis, and proposing scalable solutions for underwriting, policy administration, claims, and billing processes. Furthermore, you will actively participate in user acceptance testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay abreast of InsureMO platform capabilities and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. To excel in this role, you are required to have hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is essential, while advanced certifications or an MBA would be considered a plus. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience in Property and Casualty insurance, InsureMO certification or formal training, exposure to digital transformation projects and cloud-based insurance platforms, as well as a background in working with global insurance carriers or brokers.,
