Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 45 B2I Sales Executives focused on university tie-ups and alliances.
  • Own the sales targets for the B2I vertical and drive the team to achieve revenue goals of 34 Cr annually.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions.
  • Strategize and implement scalable B2I partnership models to promote IT and non-IT courses.
  • Monitor team KPIs, provide regular performance feedback, and support in closing high-value deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, delivery, and product to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
  • Provide weekly and monthly revenue reports to leadership and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Total experience: 7+ years in Sales, with 5+ years in B2I/Institutional Sales.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales team and generating 34 Cr in annual revenue.
  • Prior experience in education, ed-tech, training, or IT sales to institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
