Role & responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 45 B2I Sales Executives focused on university tie-ups and alliances. Own the sales targets for the B2I vertical and drive the team to achieve revenue goals of 34 Cr annually. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions. Strategize and implement scalable B2I partnership models to promote IT and non-IT courses. Monitor team KPIs, provide regular performance feedback, and support in closing high-value deals. Work closely with internal teams including marketing, delivery, and product to ensure smooth execution of partnerships. Provide weekly and monthly revenue reports to leadership and identify areas for improvement. Key Requirements Total experience: 7+ years in Sales, with 5+ years in B2I/Institutional Sales. Proven track record of managing a sales team and generating 34 Cr in annual revenue. Prior experience in education, ed-tech, training, or IT sales to institutions is mandatory.
