Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a B2G Marketing professional located in Thane. The B2G Marketing role will involve tasks such as communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service. Handling and promoting business for products like Education Technology (Interactive Flat Panel Display, Digital Board, Smart Podium, Recording and Streaming studio, Virtual Classroom solution), Collaborative Conferencing & Professional Displays (Conference room, Smart TV, LED Display Wall, Job Description : Job Title: Sales Manager (B2G, GEM Portal) Industry: Electronics Manufacturing (LED TV, Lighting, IFPD, Home Appliances) Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies for Government (B2G) and GEM Portal business. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government agencies and public sector undertakings. 3. Manage and nurture existing relationships with government clients. 4. Ensure compliance with GEM Portal guidelines and procedures. 5. Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing, logistics) to meet customer requirements. 6. Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives. Essential Skills: 1. Strong understanding of B2G and GEM Portal sales processes. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 3. Proven sales experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. 4. Knowledge of government procurement procedures and policies. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Profile: 1.
