You will be joining our team as an Associate/ Senior Associate- Business Development with a primary focus on expanding our subscription sales business in the Delhi NCR region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, meeting sales targets, and managing key performance metrics. You will be tasked with developing short-term and long-term sales plans, as well as sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Building and managing outbound business development pipelines, identifying target accounts, and converting leads into sales will be essential aspects of your role. Client relationship management will be a core part of your responsibilities, where you will work on creating effective client strategies to drive Cross/Up-sell Revenue for the company. You will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence within the Wedding industry. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to close sales effectively, from prospecting to negotiating and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for scaling up the market by deepening client relationships, providing thought leadership, and executing in-person meetings with prospective clients. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in product-focused sales, a structured approach to work, strong interpersonal skills, and a consultative selling approach. Prior experience in SaaS, Ad-sales, and field sales will be beneficial for this role. Your understanding of market trends, end-to-end sales processes, and client relationship management will be critical to achieving success in this position.
