Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of telesales representatives.
Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members.
*Sales Strategy and Execution:*
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance metrics
Work closely with the sales team to optimize sales process
*Training and Development:*
Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions
*Reporting and Analysis:*
Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
