B2B Sales Specialist

As a Sales Representative, your role will involve actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects with your excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to both existing and potential customers. Conducting cost-benefit and needs analysis to ensure customer satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also need to establish positive business relationships, reach out to leads through cold calling, and efficiently resolve customer problems and complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive arguments - Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing/potential customers - Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Reach out to customer leads via cold calling - Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly - Achieve sales targets within the set schedule - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments - Analyze the market potential and track sales and status reports Qualifications Required: - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proven track record in sales - Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate You will be working full-time or part-time as a Sales Representative.
