Job Description

As a Sales Leader at Meeraq, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and achieve sales targets through effective management of the entire sales process. This includes: - Lead generation - Arranging meetings with potential clients - Understanding client requirements - Delivering persuasive sales pitches - Creating proposals - Closing deals - Following up with clients - Ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team. You will be expected to maintain a strong sales pipeline by: - Nurturing relationships with potential leads and existing clients - Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various strategies such as email marketing, networking, presentations, leveraging connections, and establishing partnerships. Additionally, you will play a key role in: - Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management - Providing regular updates on sales progress and outcomes - Collaborating with the management team to design and execute a strategic business and sales plan aimed at expanding the company's client base and strengthening its market presence. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic sales leader who can drive growth in corporate sectors, expanding our presence in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should possess: - Strong storytelling abilities, both in written and verbal communication, to effectively articulate the value of our products and services - Exceptional presentation skills enabling the candidate to deliver compelling sales pitches and engage clients effectively - Consistently meet and exceed business targets, demonstrating a track record of delivering results - Building and nurturing relationships with client leaders, showcasing the ability to establish trust and foster long-term partnerships - Prior experience in lead generation, meeting setup, sales pipeline management, proposal preparation, and successful deal closures - Comfort with cold calling and conducting outbound marketing activities to drive business growth.
