Job Description

Responsibilities: - Identify potential business customers and develop new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. - Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Requirements: - Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales. - Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
