B2B Sales Executive

You are a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with a focus on B2B outreach in the education sector. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to engage with school decision-makers, such as Principals and Academic Coordinators, to introduce and promote career counseling solutions. Your daily tasks will involve frequent field visits, relationship-building activities, and executing targeted strategies to achieve set objectives. Your key responsibilities will include visiting CBSE and ICSE schools in Pune and nearby regions, utilizing your existing network to establish long-term partnerships with school authorities, presenting and advocating career counseling solutions to educational institutions, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of the product in schools, driving student enrollments, and meeting revenue targets. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of your outreach activities, follow-ups, and successful closures. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work during day shifts. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication. The work location will be in person, involving regular travel within Pune and surrounding areas. Additionally, you will be entitled to a monthly travel allowance of up to 5,000 INR along with performance-based incentives. The salary range for this role is between 40,000 to 60,000 INR per month, depending on your previous earnings and performance during the interview process.,
