As a B2B Solar Distribution Manager at RAJASTHAN BATTERY HOUSE, you will be responsible for managing the B2B solar distribution business. Your primary role will involve handling a database of 700+ vendors, generating leads, managing calls and meetings, and closing high-quality solar product sales for PM Surya Ghar and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a database of 700+ vendors - Generate leads and follow up on them - Handle calls and meetings with potential clients - Close high-quality solar product sales for PM Surya Ghar and commercial projects Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in B2B sales with a focus on lead generation and client relationship management - Good understanding of solar energy products and the solar market - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to achieve sales targets As a successful candidate, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential for this role. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, previous experience in the renewable energy sector would be a definite advantage.,
