Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹35,000 per month Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Hiring Locations: Maharashtra: Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Aurangabad Karnataka: Bengaluru, Mangaluru Gujarat: Surat, Ahmedabad Kerala Tamil Nadu Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive product sales through industrial, distribution, and corporate channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field sales experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard B2B clients, including industrial buyers, wholesalers, resellers, and corporate customers. Present product features, specifications, and key benefits to potential clients. Manage lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and maintain a strong network of distributors and dealers. Conduct market research and analyze competitors to enhance sales strategies. Follow up on leads, track orders, ensure timely payments, and provide after-sales support. Maintain daily activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager. Requirements: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales. Prior experience in selling electronic/electrical products, consumer goods, or tech-based utility products is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets independently. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations.
