B2B Sales Executive

As a B2B Sales Manager in our growing team, your role is crucial in achieving sales targets and expanding our presence in the Automobile sector. Your strong background in sales and team management, along with at least 2 years of experience, will be valuable. Experience in the EV sector is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the assigned territory. - Develop and manage a robust dealer/distributor network. - Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and channel partners. - Monitor competition and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. - Provide regular sales reports to senior management. - Train and motivate the field sales team for high performance. - Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities and product launches. - Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: - 3 to 6 years of relevant sales experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively lead and manage a team. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
