Job Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive with strong expertise in the diamond and fine jewelry industry. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term partnerships, and representing our brand in key markets. The position involves direct client interaction, field visits, and participation in major trade fairs and exhibitions. You will be the face of our company to wholesale buyers, retailers, and distributors, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and access to our exclusive product collections.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, research, and target new B2B customers, including wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and account reviews. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
Present product collections, explain features and benefits, and handle objections effectively.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals. Field Sales & Market Development
Travel extensively for client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Represent the company at national and international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Identify and develop new markets, both domestic and overseas. Product Knowledge & Customization
Maintain an in-depth understanding of diamond and fine jewelry specifications, including cuts, settings, certifications, and trends.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for custom orders to meet client requirements. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports with clear pipeline updates.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences, and share insights with management.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for leads, contacts, and deal progress. Customer Service & After-Sales Support
Ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of client issues.
Follow up for feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements:
35 years of proven B2B sales experience in the diamond or fine jewelry industry (mandatory). Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to generate leads.
Past experience in field sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and trade events.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. What We Offer:
