Role Overview: We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to establish and grow our doctor referral network by partnering with physiotherapy clinics, general practitioners (GPs), orthopedic specialists, and hospitals. The role will focus on educating doctors & healthcare professionals about our Safe & Secure Homes solutions, ensuring a steady pipeline of referrals for elderly home safety upgrades. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, executing referral programs, and driving revenue growth through doctor-led recommendations. The role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for improving senior care solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop & Manage Doctor Relationships • Identify & Engage Healthcare Professionals Build and nurture partnerships with physiotherapists, general practitioners, orthopedic specialists, geriatricians, and elder care practitioners who regularly interact with senior patients. • Educational Outreach Conduct one-on-one meetings, in-clinic presentations, webinars, and workshops with doctors and healthcare providers to educate them about fall prevention solutions, home safety modifications, and the benefits for their elderly patients. • Ongoing Relationship Management Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors and clinics, ensuring sustained engagement and trust in the referral partnership Execute Referral Activation Strategy • Implement incentive models for doctors & clinics to drive consistent referrals. • Work with marketing to create and conduct AMA’s, webinars, patient awareness programs etc. Sales & Revenue Growth • Achieve Sales Targets – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly referral-driven sales targets, ensuring a steady pipeline of new customers. • Monitor & Optimize Referrals – Track doctor referrals, lead quality, and conversion metrics, analyzing data to refine engagement strategies and optimize performance. • Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to expand product adoption among existing healthcare partners, promoting additional services and safety solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration • Marketing Support – Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns, promotional materials, and branding initiatives tailored for healthcare professionals. • Operations Coordination – Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from doctor referrals to customer home assessments and installations. • Feedback Loop – Gather and relay feedback from doctors and patients to improve product offerings and service delivery Market Intelligence & Expansion • Identify new clinic opportunities and expand the doctor network across multiple regions. • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in elderly care & home safety solutions. What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical representative roles, or doctor engagement. • Strong network of physiotherapists, GPs, orthopedic specialists, and senior care practitioners. • Hands-on experience in doctor referral management, hospital partnerships, or healthcare product sales. • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive doctor engagement and referrals. • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B healthcare environment. • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills to conduct effective doctor briefings, webinars, and training sessions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical healthcare solutions for different audiences. • Ability to work independently with target-driven execution and a growth mindset. • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking software, and referral management platforms to monitor performance and optimize outreach efforts. • A proactive, problem-solving approach to overcoming sales challenges and building long-term partnerships.
