B2B Sales Executive - Coffee Solution

Role Overview: You will be responsible for actively prospecting and acquiring new clients in the Delhi NCR region for our range of commercial coffee machines, grinders, and specialty coffee beans. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales cycle, becoming a product expert, staying updated on market intelligence, reporting sales activities, achieving targets, and collaborating with different teams. Key Responsibilities: - Actively prospect and acquire new clients for commercial coffee machines, grinders, and specialty coffee beans - Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored coffee solutions - Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal - Become a subject matter expert on the product portfolio - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Accurately track and report sales activities and performance metrics - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for a seamless customer experience Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in the coffee industry - In-depth knowledge of commercial coffee equipment and a passion for coffee - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong network within the Delhi NCR caf, restaurant, and hotel industry - Proactive, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently - Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not mandatory with proven experience.,
