We are looking for dynamic B2B SaaS Sales Executives to drive growth for our HR Tech platform, designed to empower companies in hiring, employee engagement, and talent management. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals with HR leaders and decision-makers.
* Drive end-to-end sales for our HR Tech SaaS products to mid and enterprise clients
* Prospect HR teams, talent acquisition heads, and CHROs via outbound and inbound leads
* Deliver compelling product demos tailored to HR use cases and decision-making needs
* Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns to HR audiences
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Maintain CRM hygiene and provide market insights for product improvements
* 2- 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably HR Tech, Recruitment SaaS, or HRMS platforms
* Strong presentation and consultative selling skills to HR leadership
* Ability to handle the full sales cycle from lead to closure
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
* HR Tech domain knowledge is a strong plus
