About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and establish the company as an industry leader. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, a data-driven approach, and a strong ability to collaborate with sales and product teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth. Lead Generation & Demand Generation: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a strong sales pipeline. Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership: Establish the company as a thought leader in the industry through content marketing, PR, events, and digital channels. Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, social media, and content strategy to enhance visibility and engagement. Partnerships & Alliances: Collaborate with industry partners, influencers, and media to amplify reach and credibility. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to create effective sales enablement materials, messaging, and strategies. Supply chain & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the team to create effective supply chain marketing materials, messaging, and strategies. HR & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the HR team to create effective EVP properties, messaging and strategies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and marketing automation tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and enhance loyalty. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Key Requirements: 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, b2b events, PR and brand positioning. Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms. Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, events, PR and paid advertising. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, HR , and leadership teams. Master's degree in marketing or business. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B segment with global exposure. Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Strong network in the industry and media relations.
