We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and execute

  cold email

  campaigns targeting D2C founders, B2B operators, and decision-makers.
• Build

  targeted lead lists

  using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or manual scraping.
• Launch and manage

  LinkedIn cold outreach

  —connection requests, DMs, multi-step follow-ups.
• Personalize messages using dynamic variables, founder context, and market insight.
• Run split-tests on subject lines, copy variations, and outreach timings for better conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM hygiene—track opens, replies, bounce rates, booked calls, and lead statuses accurately.
• Take full ownership of outreach process: warm-up, inbox management, sequencing, and performance tracking.
• Work with the founder to test different offers and lead magnets (free audits, whitepapers, teardown reports, etc.)

Requirements:

• 1–5 years

  of experience running cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Strong command of tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to build and manage segmented lead lists and smart campaigns at scale.
• Excellent written English—your cold messages should sound human, not templated.
• Self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions—figures things out, follows up, and iterates fast.
• Comfortable working independently, with accountability for output and targets.
