Job Description

You are a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Consultant specializing in Oracle Software Solutions. Your main responsibility will be to drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing by working closely with key business decision-makers, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored Oracle software solutions to help businesses optimize their operations and achieve goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, identify, and engage potential B2B clients focusing on the sale of Oracle software solutions, including Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), ERP, HCM, and other Oracle products. - Lead comprehensive discovery calls and consultations with C-level executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges, goals, and technology needs. - Develop and deliver tailored Oracle software proposals and presentations to meet customer requirements and business objectives. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals. - Work collaboratively with Oracle's technical team and solution architects to design customized software solutions and demonstrations that address client requirements. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling opportunities. - Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product adoption. - Track and manage all sales activities, client communications, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). - Stay informed on Oracle's latest product offerings, updates, and industry trends to position the company as a trusted advisor. - Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape and differentiate Oracle solutions. - Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to senior management. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 1+ years of B2B sales experience in software or technology sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions (Oracle experience highly preferred). - Proven track record of successfully managing a full sales cycle and exceeding sales targets in the enterprise software market. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience. - Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives. - Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle CRM, etc.) to track sales activities and pipeline progress. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.,
