Be a trusted advisor to the customer and guide them through the journeyReview and understand the customer’s as-is situation, pain points, and specific needs/requirementsProvide best-in-class solutions and subject matter expert (SME) assistanceGuide and implement strategy to transform customer business needs into a technically viable solutionImplement solutions within defined architectural guardrails, principles, and frameworkWork on installation, configurations, and customization of the solutionSupport validation and deployment (On-premise, Cloud, or Hybrid)Analyze and resolve issues, working with Product Support if neededAssist with upgrades, migrations, health checks, performance testing, and tuning activitiesDevelop breadth and depth of expertise around the SDE portfolio and stay abreast of roadmap changes, documentation, new rollouts, and featuresHelp achieve client satisfaction and customer success measured via quality of outcomes, engagement, client feedback, and NPSBe the central point of contact across various teams working on the solutionAct as a mentor to junior engineers and guide them on IBM B2Bi technologyContinuously learn and upgrade your skillset, applying your product/domain/solution/technical/consulting expertise with IBM Sterling B2B Integration (B2Bi) and Managed File Transfer (MFT) suiteSupport customers worldwide during solution definition, design, installation and configuration, custom implementation, validation, go-live, warranty, support enablement, proof of concepts (pre-sales), and critical situations
Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 3 to10 years of strong hands-on experience using IBM Sterling B2B Integration and Managed File Transfer products and solutions:
Strong hands-on experience with:IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2BI)IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)IBM Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP)IBM Sterling External Authentication Server (SEAS)IBM Sterling Control Center Monitor (ICC / CCM)Installation, configuration, environment setup, and application of iFixesMap and Business Process developmentProduct support engagement and resolution of technical issues
Solutioning & Implementation
Analyze requirements, design solutions, implement, validate/test, and support go-liveExperience with upgrades, migrations, deployments (on-premise/cloud/containerized)Agile delivery experience including usage of Agile toolsDeliver client presentations and demos as required
