Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the corporate sales strategy for Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd., with a focus on driving large-scale B2B and institutional sales within the retail sector. The role demands an individual with a proven track record of generating high-value corporate deals, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust corporate sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the retail corporate space, including institutional buyers, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine the sales approach.

2. Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional accounts.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized proposals and sales pitches for large clients.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales managers and executives.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability and results.

4. Key Account Management

  • Oversee strategic accounts to ensure maximum client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue per client.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Present regular business updates and forecasts to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum 15 years of corporate sales experience in the

    retail industry

    (furniture, lifestyle, consumer goods, or related).
  • Education:

    Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven Track Record:

    Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding multi-crore revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Strong ability to lead, develop, and manage large sales teams.
