· Identify and engage with schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and training centers for potential partnerships
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base
· Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
· Present and pitch EdTech products effectively to key decision-makers (e.g., principals, academic heads, administrators)
· Lead sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and product improvement
· Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
· 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in EdTech, education, or SaaS)
· Strong knowledge of the education ecosystem (K-12, test prep, higher education, or upskilling sectors)
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed
