Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Exports Manager located in Pune. The B2B Exports Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing export operations, and identifying new business opportunities. We’re hiring a smart and reliable exports manager to work closely with the Founders across exports, B2B sales, and day-to-day business tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow fast in a dynamic setup

Qualifications

• Experience in Export and Trade
• Skills in Business Planning and Sales
• Familiarity with Business and its regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven track record in managing and growing international business relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in B2B sales, lead generation & Excellent negotiation skills.

Salary

• Up-to ₹30K – ₹70K/month( As per Experience).
