Role Overview: As a B2B Educational Sales Executive at Techstudents, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of the EdTech platform by building strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, institutes, and coaching centers. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about transforming education, fostering collaboration, and driving measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Partnership Development: - Identify and onboard schools, colleges, universities, and coaching centers. - Negotiate and formalize collaboration agreements. - Relationship Management: - Build long-term, trust-based relationships with institutional leaders and decision-makers. - Act as a strategic advisor to partners, aligning their goals with our platform's offerings. - Growth & Impact: - Drive adoption of platform features (advisor onboarding, badges, dashboards, rituals). - Ensure measurable outcomes in learner engagement and institutional visibility. - Strategic Collaboration: - Co-create launch events, recognition ceremonies, and impact storytelling with partners. - Collaborate with CSR teams, ATPs, and other stakeholders for scalable impact. - Market Intelligence: - Stay updated on education trends, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities. - Provide insights to refine partnership strategies and product features. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Sales, and Marketing. - Prior experience in EdTech, institutional partnerships, or advisory roles preferred. - Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with proven experience in a B2B environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships. - Strategic thinking, with planning and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to client needs. - Excellent presentation and public speaking experience, especially in professional settings. - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Understanding of the education sector and prior experience collaborating with schools or colleges is a plus. - Reliable, results-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
