About the Role

We are looking for a driven, field-oriented Corporate B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our on-ground sales efforts with corporate clients, especially targeting HR Managers, HR Heads, and CHROs.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role ideal for professionals who enjoy being on the move, meeting decision-makers in person, and building trusted relationships that convert into long-term partnerships. Youll be responsible for generating leads, setting up meetings, and closing sales for our healthcare solutions including:

* Occupational Health Centers

* Teleconsultation Services (for employees & their families)

* Standby Ambulance Services

* Annual Health Checkups

* And other customized corporate health offerings

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and pitch to potential clients, primarily through on-field visits and in-person meetings

* Strategically connect with HR decision-makers (HR Managers, Heads of HR, CHROs) to position Red.Health’s corporate health solutions

* Drive the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach, lead generation, pitching, proposal negotiation, to closure

* Build and nurture long-term client relationships through periodic follow-ups and ongoing support

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs

* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to tailor solutions for clients

* Track sales KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Who You Are

* 4 to 8 years of B2B or Corporate/ Enterprise Sales experience

* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

* Proven ability to generate leads on the field and close enterprise-level deals

* Comfortable navigating conversations with CXOs, HR Heads, and senior decision-makers

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

* Willing to travel locally and regionally as per business needs
