Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Synapse, PowerBI).
Proficiency in Python (PySpark, NumPy, Pandas etc.)
Implement and maintain scalable Azure data solutions leveraging Fabric, Synapse and Data Lake Storage.
Develop and maintain robust data models for BI, analytics, and reporting.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance.
Automate data workflows, implement CI/CD, and improve pipeline efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, scientists) to deliver data solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot pipelines, addressing performance and quality issues.
Stay up-to-date with Azure and Fabric technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-6 years data engineering experience with Azure focus.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Synapse, and Data Lake Storage)

• Expert SQL skills and experience building complex ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Familiarity with AI/ML models & MLOps is a plus.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and performance optimization.

• Programming/Scripting skills with Python and Powershell.

• Power BI

• CI/CD tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Microsoft Fabric Certification(s) is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
