Role & responsibilities

A. Azure Cloud Infrastructure Management

1. Resource Management

• Set up and manage Azure Tenants and Subscriptions
  
• Migrate and optimize cloud resources
  
• Manage virtual machines (Windows/Linux), databases, storage accounts
  
• Perform general OS-level troubleshooting
  

2. Networking

• Design, implement, and manage Virtual Networks, VPNs, Load Balancers
  
• Propose best practices for high availability and secure architecture
  

3. Security

• Implement and manage Azure IAM and RBAC
  
• Enforce encryption standards and security policies
  

4. Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center
  
• Generate reports and manage alerts
  

5. Automation & DevOps

• Automate deployments and configurations using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, or Azure Automation
  

6. Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Configure and manage Azure Backup and DR strategies
  

7. Cost Optimization

• Monitor and optimize Azure spending using Azure Cost Management
  
• Implement budgeting, cost alerts, and resource tagging
  

B. Azure AD B2C Administration (CIAM)

1. Setup and manage

   Azure Active Directory B2C Tenants

2. Configure Identity Providers (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, etc.)
   
3. Implement

   SSO

   and federated identity management
4. Define

   Conditional Access Policies

   and security controls
5. Monitor Azure AD B2C for performance, availability, and user experience
   
6. Support

   API Integration

   and user profile data exchange for applications
7. Manage

   Policy-Driven Access

   controls based on attributes (geography, device, etc.)
8. Enable seamless sign-in experience across

   Web and Mobile Applications

9. Deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly

   Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

   solutions
