Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Environment Management:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex Azure infrastructure resources, including

• Oversee the management of

  Azure Active Directory (AAD)

  at an enterprise scale, implementing advanced

• Ensure the health, security, and scalability of cloud resources across multiple regions and compliance environments, including hybrid scenarios with on-premises infrastructure.
• Architect and manage

  Virtual Network (VNet)

  solutions, including subnets, peering, and route tables, to enable secure and efficient communication between Azure resources.
• Design and implement

  Private Endpoints

  to securely connect Azure resources to services without exposing them to the public internet, ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies.
• Design, implement, and manage

  site-to-site VPNs

  ExpressRoute

  solutions, and other hybrid connectivity solutions to integrate on-premises networks with Azure infrastructure securely.

• Azure App Service & Container Management:

• Architect and manage

  Azure App Services

  for hosting web applications with high availability and automatic scaling.
• Oversee deployment and management of containerized applications using

  Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Implement continuous deployment pipelines using

• Cost Management and Optimization:

• Lead the administration and management of

  Microsoft 365 tenants

  efforts, planning and executing seamless migration from on-premises Exchange servers to

• Manage

  Microsoft 365 licenses

  , including distribution, assignment, and troubleshooting.

• Backup and Disaster Recovery:

• Architect and manage disaster recovery solutions using

  Azure Site Recovery

  , ensuring that critical applications and data are protected and rapidly recoverable with minimal downtime.
• Lead the design and execution of backup and business continuity strategies to align with organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform disaster recovery tests and maintain documentation of recovery processes and scenarios.

• Collaboration and Documentation:

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with architecture, development, security, and operations teams to ensure cloud solutions align with strategic business objectives and technical requirements.
• Produce and maintain high-level documentation for cloud architecture, security policies, and operational procedures.
• Provide expert-level guidance on troubleshooting, best practices, and advanced cloud solutions to technical teams.

• Dynamics 365 ALM Process:

• Oversee the integration of

  Dynamics 365

  applications with Azure, driving end-to-end lifecycle management, from deployment to updates and ongoing optimization.
• Lead the design and implementation of

  continuous integration

  continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

  using Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless deployments with minimal downtime and high availability.
• Collaborate with

  Dynamics 365 developers

  and business stakeholders to ensure cloud infrastructure meets the needs of business-critical applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management with a strong focus on

  Azure environments

  and enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in managing and securing

  Azure Virtual Networks (VNets)

  , implementing

  Private Endpoints

  VPN solutions

  hybrid cloud architectures

• Proven experience deploying and managing

• Proven experience in

  Microsoft 365 tenant management

  Exchange Online migration

  in large, enterprise environments.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering cloud-first solutions and mentoring junior cloud engineers.
