Position Overview

We are seeking a Skilled Azure Cloud Administrator with expertise in managing Azure resources via both GUI and PowerShell. The role involves provisioning and deprovisioning resources, administering Office 365, managing licenses, ensuring compliance, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing exceptional end-user support.Candidates must have advanced skills in ADFS, AAD Connect, Exchange SMTP, and PowerShell automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft Azure portal through GUI and PowerShell.
  • Provision, deprovision, and manage Azure resources, permissions, and access.
  • Assign resources and licenses in alignment with organizational policy via GUI and PowerShell.
  • Configure and manage Retention Policies, Retention Tags, and email restrictions for bulk users.
  • Generate and analyze message trace reports.
  • Troubleshoot ADFS, ADFS Proxy, AAD Connect, Exchange SMTP, and SMTP Relay Server issues.
  • Provide end-user and service desk support, including managing the daily ticket queue.
  • Offer remote support for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles and support documentation.
  • Follow up with users for issue resolution and clarification.
  • Respond to high-priority incidents and escalations promptly.
  • Write and execute custom PowerShell scripts to resolve issues.
  • Ensure Office 365 security and compliance, including investigating audit logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Azure Cloud environments.
  • Expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) with advanced troubleshooting of session hosts, FSLogix profiles, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Proven ability in performance optimization, security configuration, and AVD component management.
  • Incident resolution, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, Windows OS, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Independent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a team, with flexibility for on-call duties.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear status updates.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
