Azure administration - Cloud Administration

Key Skills: Azure, Administartion Roles and Responsibilities: Provision, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines and Managed Disks. Manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), NSGs, ACLs, DNS, and VPN Gateways for secure and optimized network communication. Set up and maintain Azure Load Balancers for application availability and scalability. Administer Azure Files, Storage Accounts, and Azure Storage Service Encryption for secure data storage. Implement and manage Azure Disk Encryption and Azure Key Vault for secure key and secret management. Utilize Azure Automation to script and automate operational processes and configuration management. Maintain business continuity by managing Azure Recovery Services Vault for backups and disaster recovery. Ensure end-to-end cloud security using Azure Native Security tools, Cloud Native Security practices, and Azure Policy. Deploy and manage resources using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Infrastructure-as-Code. Support and maintain Azure Container Services / AKS as part of the cloud infrastructure ecosystem. Monitor resource utilization, performance, and availability using Azure Monitor, logs, and alerts. Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DevOps, application deployment, and cloud optimization initiatives. Skills Required: 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with 8+ years in Azure cloud administration. Deep hands-on knowledge in: Azure Virtual Machines & Managed Disks Azure Virtual Networks, NSGs, VPN Gateways, Load Balancer Azure Files, Azure Storage Service Encryption, Disk Encryption Azure DNS, Key Vault, Cloud Native Security Azure Automation, Recovery Services Vault Azure Container Services (AKS) Azure Resource Manager (ARM templates) Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and optimization capabilities. Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
