Active Directory Administration • Manage and maintain AD infrastructure including Domain Controllers, DNS, and DHCP. • Perform advanced troubleshooting for replication issues, authentication failures, and GPO conflicts. • Implement and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and compliance. • Manage FSMO roles, AD sites, and services. • Perform AD health checks and resolve issues proactively. Identity & Access Management • Handle escalated incidents from L1 related to user accounts, groups, and permissions. • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege principles. • Support Kerberos, NTLM authentication, and secure LDAP configurations. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Perform user provisioning/de-provisioning and license assignments. • Configure and troubleshoot MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and SSO integrations. • Assist with hybrid identity management (Azure AD Connect sync issues). • Support basic Intune device enrollment and compliance policies. Security & Compliance • Apply security baselines and monitor for compliance. • Assist in implementing password policies, account lockout policies, and audit logging. • Respond to security alerts and participate in vulnerability remediation. Automation & Scripting • Use PowerShell for automation of routine tasks (bulk user operations, reporting). • Develop scripts for health checks and compliance reporting. Monitoring & Reporting • Monitor AD and Entra ID performance and generate reports on user activity, group memberships, and policy compliance. • Maintain documentation for configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides. Incident & Change Management • Handle L2 tickets and escalate to L3 when necessary. • Participate in change management processes for AD and Entra ID configurations.
