Job Title: Medical Affairs – Teleconsultation (BAMS Doctor) Department: Medical Affairs / Telemedicine Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Lead – Medical Affairs Role Summary We are looking for qualified BAMS Doctors to join our Teleconsultation team at Nirvasa Healthcare. The role involves conducting audio/telephonic consultations with patients across India, understanding their health concerns, and prescribing suitable Ayurvedic medicines from our product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, and sound knowledge of Ayurveda and lifestyle management. Key Responsibilities  Conduct telephonic consultations with patients to assess their symptoms and health concerns.  Diagnose patients based on their history, symptoms, and Ayurvedic assessment principles.  Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and recommend suitable lifestyle or dietary modifications.  Maintain accurate records of consultations and prescriptions in the company’s digital system.  Educate patients about product usage, treatment duration, and expected outcomes.  Follow-up with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.  Ensure ethical medical practice in line with Ayurvedic principles and company protocols.  Collaborate with the operations and product teams to enhance patient satisfaction and treatment compliance. Required Qualifications  Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) – Mandatory.  Registered Ayurvedic Practitioner with a valid license.  Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Ayurvedic practice or teleconsultation (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).  Strong communication and listening skills (Hindi and English proficiency required).  Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital consultation platforms.  Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centric attitude. Skills Required  Strong understanding of Ayurvedic concepts and product-based treatment.  Excellent verbal communication and counseling skills.  Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain quality consultations.  Empathy, patience, and professionalism.
