Role & Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to interact with patients/customers. Understand patient’s health concerns and provide information about Ayurvedic treatments. Schedule free consultations or doctor appointments. Collect medical reports via WhatsApp and share with doctors. Explain treatment packages, medicines, and delivery process. Maintain regular follow-up calls for patient progress and feedback. Record and update patient information in CRM/Excel. Ensure polite, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.
Call and connect with potential patients from provided data/leads. Explain Zoya Ayurveda’s treatments and health programs. Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations with doctors. Maintain daily reports of calls and leads. Follow up with interested patients regularly. Support marketing and online campaigns by converting inquiries into appoinment Positive attitude and convincing ability. Experience in telecalling, healthcare, or sales preferred.
Conduct detailed patient consultations, including taking case histories and performing Ayurvedic diagnostic procedures (e.g., Ashtavidha Pariksha - Nadi, Mutra, Mala, Jihva, etc.). Arrive at an accurate diagnosis based on Ayurvedic principles (e.g., identifying Dosha imbalance, Dhatus, Agni status). Develop personalized and holistic treatment plans encompassing Aushadhi (Herbal Medicines), Ahara (Dietary advice), Vihara (Lifestyle modification), and therapeutic procedures like Panchakarma. Prescribe and administer Ayurvedic medicines, ensuring the proper dosage and duration. Supervise or personally administer specialized Ayurvedic treatments, including various Panchakarma therapies (e.g., Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana). Counsel patients on maintaining a healthy Ayurvedic lifestyle, including personalized Dinacharya (daily routine) and Ritucharya (seasonal regimen).
