Job Title: Native Android Developer About Us Ayekart Fintech is a fast-growing fintech company empowering the agri-food value chain with cutting-edge technology solutions. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Native Android Developer to join our product engineering team based in Pune. Key Responsibilities Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with external APIs and internal RESTful services. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Maintain clean and modular codebase with proper documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in native Android development. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java. Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications (e.g., Firebase). Knowledge of Git or other version control tools. Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice To Have Familiarity with Jetpack Components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Navigation). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or agri-tech domains.
