Key Responsibilities

1. AWS Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation/Terraform, etc
• Monitor AWS resources using CloudWatch, implement logging solutions, and ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency

2. DevOps Implementation

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible)
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation, system administration, and operational tasks (e.g., Python, Bash)

3. Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce AWS security best practices, including IAM, security groups, NACLs, and WAF
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

4. Troubleshooting & Support

• Provide expert-level support for AWS infrastructure and applications
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, availability, and security
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
