Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

9+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java technologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting capacity.
Partner with sales teams to identify and qualify leads, analyze client business challenges, and design customized modernization solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution value, alignment with business goals, and long-term transformation roadmaps.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Java-based modernization initiatives.
Demonstrate deep proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, React.js) and modernization best practices.
Provide strategic guidance on legacy application transformation, microservices migration, and cloud-native architecture.
Apply functional and technical knowledge within Telecom, GRC, or Legal domains to align solutions with industry-specific challenges.
Lead the creation of technical proposals, including solution architectures, effort and cost estimations, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and live demonstrations that highlight the business value of modernization solutions.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven discussions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct in-depth technical assessments of client environments to analyze current application landscapes.
Identify modernization opportunities, define project scope, and recommend suitable tools and technologies.
Stay informed on competitor offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to develop effective differentiation strategies.
Gather market feedback—particularly from the GRC domain—to refine product positioning and sales approaches.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, blogs, and conference presentations.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Expert-level knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, React.js, NoSQL databases, and GenAI-based integrations.
Strong understanding of application modernization methodologies, including re-architecture, re-platforming, and cloud migration.
Proficient in creating high-level and low-level designs for modernization projects.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools.
Strong grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to build client trust, understand needs, and present tailored solutions effectively.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate challenges into actionable solutions.
Deep understanding of business drivers and ability to link technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
