Awards Nomination Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Awards Nomination Coordinator to manage the entire nomination and selection process for the India Pharma Excellence Awards , part of the upcoming expo. Company Description Elets Technomedia is a premier technology and media research organization in Asia and the Middle East, focusing on knowledge-sharing platforms and innovations for governance, health, education, urban development, and banking and finance sectors. The organization has been hosting global conferences and highlighting the importance of innovations through publications and knowledge portals since 2003. Elets' conferences attract policymakers, experts, and industry leaders from various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the awards nomination process and timeline Coordinate outreach and communication with industry leaders, companies & nominees Review, organize, and vet nominations across multiple categories Work closely with the jury panel for evaluation and final selection Coordinate logistics for awards ceremony and winners’ recognition Maintain accurate records and ensure transparency in the selection process Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience in coordinating events or nominations Knowledge of the technology and media industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Experience in event coordination, awards programs, or industry-facing roles Interested?
