Job Description

Role Overview: The U.S. Personal Banking (USPB) Chief Operating Office team is dedicated to strategic growth and operational excellence within the USPB franchise. As part of this highly visible team, you will be involved in driving a wide range of strategic initiatives and business management activities, including growth strategy, digital transformation, expense productivity, talent and performance management, and operating model efficiency. Your work will involve collaborating with business and functional heads to drive these initiatives forward. The team consists of top performers from leading strategy consulting firms and other internal Citi groups. Key Responsibilities: - Support critical initiatives by developing and implementing reporting and analytics for strategic expense management and resource allocations - Demonstrate expertise in data and analysis relevant to the project, providing insights and informing decision-making - Create impactful visual representations of metrics to aid in understanding and decision-making processes - Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting for Business Execution in areas such as expenses, hiring, scorecard performance, location strategy, and organizational design - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Finance, and subject matter experts - Proactively deliver against work plan with high quality standards and minimal supervision - Assist in developing CEO-level presentations and handling ad hoc requests - Manage conflicting priorities and multitask productively and reliably Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of overall experience - Knowledge of consumer financial services with a clear understanding of performance drivers and decision-making processes - Strong understanding of financial statements and expense management, with expertise in Excel-based modeling and analytics - Solid quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to filter, prioritize, and validate complex material - Self-motivated, well-organized, and strong problem-solving skills - Proven track record of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and making decisions as required Education: - An undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline (Note: The additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
