Code Decode Labs is a Cyber R&D focussed team on various cyber security controls in multiple upcoming cyber domains such as advanced Cyber Threat Resilience challenge of developing new and advanced cyber tools and tactics, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an AVP Sales & BD - Enterprises & Global Accounts. The AVP will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with enterprise clients, generating sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management skills
Experience in Account Management and Business Development
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Ability to work on-site in Pune
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is advantageous
