Role:

•Prompt underwriting decisions on the large risk cases routed to him, in compliance with the given authority, for profitable conversions

•Effective team management skills to assist in active engagement in the identification, prioritization, negotiation and conversion of new Account relationships in line with agreed business strategies

•Monitoring claims and loss reserves of the segment and working in synergy with claims team for optimize loss reserves of that segment

•Seamless working with Property risk management team for controlling and managing of losses for further improvement of bottom line

•Meeting with Clients/Channel partners, conducting risk inspections and penetrate the usage of digital platforms for risk improvements/solutions and quote/policy issuance, within TAT

•Advice, guide and train team members on various line of businesses to enhance their knowledge in the domain

•Strong understanding of the insurance industry particularly in the area of policies including what each policy covers
