Job Description

As an AVP Presales & Solution Engineering at HabileLabs, your role is crucial in driving the end-to-end presales function and leading solution architecture to deliver competitive and value-driven solutions across all offerings. You will play a key role in mentoring the team, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring excellence, clarity, and innovation in every proposal and client interaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Presales Leadership** - Own and lead presales lifecycle across all verticals. - Oversee requirement analysis, solution discovery, estimations, SOW creation, proposals, and client presentations. - Align proposals with client goals, business value, and delivery capabilities. - Establish frameworks and templates for presales processes. - **Solution Architecture** - Provide technical leadership on architectural decisions and design patterns. - Review technical feasibility, scalability, security, and cost of proposed solutions. - Drive creation of reusable architectures and industry-specific blueprints. - Collaborate with engineering teams for realistic and future-ready solutions. - **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment** - Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and PMO for smooth handovers. - Support Sales in client meetings, capability presentations, and workshops. - Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure proposal execution strategies. - Coordinate with Marketing for case studies, pitch decks, and collaterals. - **Team Management & Mentorship** - Lead, mentor, and grow the Presales & Solution Engineering team. - Conduct training sessions to upskill the team. - Set clear KPIs and performance expectations. - Review team responses and solution quality regularly. - **Business & Strategic Contributions** - Provide input on pricing strategy and go-to-market offerings. - Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. - Work on new service lines and product initiatives. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - **Technical Skills** - Strong understanding of modern architectures. - Knowledge across multiple technologies. - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - **Presales Skills** - Excellence in RFP/RFQ/RFI responses. - Experience in solution estimation and SOW preparation. - Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders. - **Leadership & Soft Skills** - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong client-facing presence. - Team management and coordination skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset. With 10-15+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting, including 3-5 years in a leadership role, you should also have exposure to cloud, AI/ML, enterprise solutions, and scalable architectures.,
