This isan exciting opportunity for passionate business development professionals towork with a trusted brand, innovative investment strategies, and a fast-growingdistribution network. This is a high-impact opportunity for seasoned wealthprofessionals to drive asset growth, deepen client relationships, and shape thefuture of alternative investments with a market leader.

Key Responsibilities :

Buildand manage partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth ManagementFirms, IFAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks.

Sourceand engage potential clients across HNI, Ultra-HNI, and institutional segmentsfor PMS and AIF products.

Leadclient acquisition initiatives, handle investor pitches, and convert prospectsinto clients.

Collaboratewith Investment and Product teams to understand and effectively communicateproduct strategies and value propositions.

Driveperiodic roadshows, webinars, and investor education sessions.

Trackcompetitor activity, market developments, and regulatory trends relevant to PMSand AIF segments.

Achievepredefined asset growth targets while maintaining compliance with SEBI andinternal governance norms.

Prepareand present periodic performance reports, pipeline updates, and businessforecasts.

DesiredCandidate Profile :

1014 years of experience in PMS/AIF sales or distributionideally within an AMC,wealth management firm, or registered investment advisor.

Strongexisting relationships with distribution channels and client segments.

Deepfamiliarity with capital markets, PMS/AIF product structures, regulatoryenvironment, and investor segmentation.

Stellarinterpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with academic credentials of B. Com or MBA inCommerce or Marketing.

Self-motivated,target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
