Job Description

AVP - International Sales / Marketing / Exports for an auto component MNC Exp - 16+ years Education - Graduate (Engineering preferred) with an MBA degree Must have relevant leadership experience in International/Export Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning and Customer Management Must have experience of Europe & US market Candidates from auto components domain only and handling International/Export Sales/Business Development Proven track record in scaling business operations, with a strategic mandate to grow revenue by spearheading global sales initiatives and building strong key account relationships Establish and lead robust sales and marketing practices including Forecasting, Sales Generation, Product Pricing, Key Account management, Sales Planning, RFQ handling, Distribution Planning and receivables management. Known for cultivating trusted partnerships with OEMs and Tier-1 clients worldwide, fostering long-term business through strategic engagement and solution-oriented service. Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing sales teams through KPI-driven performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement. Brings strong commercial acumen, financial insight, and a deep understanding of automotive business cycles. A strategic thinker and resilient leader with high integrity, committed to operational excellence and customer-centric growth.
