Job Description

Role Overview: As a Growth Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of the lending business, APP growth, and Up-Sell/X-Sell of financial products. You will focus on funnel management, acquisition costs, and the PnL of the business. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies, managing P&L, customer lifecycle, loyalty programs, and monetization efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive X-Sell/Up-Sell of various financial products. - Collaborate with the Brand team to create persuasive marketing campaigns aligned with the company's brand objectives. - Craft clear product messaging and positioning for effective communication across all marketing channels. - Utilize digital marketing channels and social media to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. - Identify growth opportunities, work with stakeholders, and develop data-driven insights to drive measurable change. - Manage P&L for specific categories, grow the category within the target P&L, and ensure the marketing budget is within the target range. - Maximize customer lifetime value, increase retention, and X-Sell ratio for Credit & Fee products. - Monitor and optimize funnel metrics to reduce leakages and improve user experience. - Design loyalty programs, referral programs, and drive monetization through third-party product sales. - Use analytics tools for performance tracking, generate actionable insights, and optimize user journeys. - Present detailed reports on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. - Conduct A/B testing, leverage data analytics for customer segmentation, and create comprehensive dashboards for app growth trends. Qualifications: - 7-8 years of post-MBA experience in a digital tech company focusing on digital growth, app marketing, or product growth. - Knowledge of tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Playstore, Firebase, SQL, and Tableau.
