Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Strategic Financial Leadership: - Assisting in the development and execution of financial strategies in line with organizational goals. - Providing valuable financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team. - Financial Operations & Reporting: - Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. - Monitoring financial performance and proposing necessary corrective actions. - Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit standards. - Leading risk assessment and mitigation strategies. - Engaging with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions. - Handling SEBI / RBI related compliances from an accounting perspective. - Team Management & Collaboration: - Managing and mentoring finance teams responsible for accounting, treasury, and FP&A. - Driving collaboration across departments such as HR, Legal, and Operations. - Cultivating a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory. - Relevant experience of a minimum of 5-8 years in the financial domain is essential.
